![]() Insurance companies are businesses, and they treat these situations like a business - doing what they can to minimize their financial commitment to you.Īt The Greenspan Co./Adjusters International, we don’t stand for that. This may be the first and only time you have to file a claim, and the process can become overwhelming and drawn out if you let it be. We absolutely love our new home.I would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking to buy a home in the Sacramento area, especially those working through the NACA program. If you’ve suffered property damage in Chico, California and need to file an insurance claim, did you know you don’t have to settle for what your insurance company thinks it owes you? Get a fair settlement with an experienced and licensed public adjuster representing you, handling your claim, and looking out for your family and business. He was also patient through the short sale process (which is compounded with NACA's extra requirements). He would give us his honest opinion if we asked what he thought about the home and was very helpful in making our final decision. What I appreciated the most was his honesty, he wasn't pushy or trying to get a quick sale. He tried his best to answer all of our questions (and believe me, we had a lot) and if he couldn't he would refer us to someone who would. Todd was very helpful in helping us identify issues that NACA would want us to address as well as imagine the potential in each home.He was great to work with as well. At times he was more helpful about understanding the program than the NACA staff! As first-time home buyers, we did not know what to be looking for as far as potential problems or issues with the homes we viewed. ![]() Navigating the NACA program can be difficult and a little longer in timeframes (it took us 13 months) but was a huge help financially - we would not have been able to purchase a home without them!Todd was not only very knowledgeable about how to purchase a home but also knew the NACA program and requirements inside and out. ![]() NACA (is a non-profit that allows home buyers to purchase a home at lower interest rates and no down payment or closing costs (really). We were referred to Todd Stewart from the NACA Oakland office as our real estate agent to help us purchase our first home. Todd is a great agent to work with! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Sacramento area! He was able to give us tips on what neighborhoods were like and things that first-time home buyers like us were not so knowledgeable about (resale value, repair costs, etc.). He pointed out both the good and bad points of a house and didn't try to hide any details. ![]() Todd was absolutely straightforward with details when showing us houses-something that I really appreciated. He was willing to work with our schedules when showing homes to us, and communicated with us quickly throughout our closing process. I really appreciated that he was so encouraging throughout the whole process. Todd was very knowledgeable about NACA's processes and the areas we were looking to buy in. Todd was a great help in purchasing our home! We purchased through NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America), which is a wonderful program to work with if you want to save money when buying a home.
